Here Service A4 means there are two different lists services for “A” and “4”.

Mercedes A4 service means double the love for your car! It’s a combo platter of the essential A service (think oil change, fluid checks, and the like) plus a breath of fresh air for your engine and a touch of shine for your sunroof (if applicable). You get the regular maintenance perks like oil change, brake inspection, and tire pressure adjustment, but on top of that, the A4 throws in:

The Mercedes A4 Service, an extension of the standard Service A, includes the following additional checklist items:

Mercedes A4 Service Cost

As you’re aware, certain Mercedes services involve replacements, which can be pricier compared to inspection-only requirements. In such cases, many Mercedes owners with some mechanical know-how opt for a do-it-yourself approach to save on costs.

When you choose professional mechanics or dealerships, the charges typically include the price of replacement parts, labor costs, and inspection fees. However, with a DIY approach, you’ll only incur the cost of the replacement parts.

Rough estimation is, a Mercedes A4 service from a dealership might range between $375 and $500. The fact is, these costs will surely vary significantly based on your location, the type of mechanic or dealer, and even your car model.

My advice is to obtain quotes from multiple nearby dealerships and select the one that offers the best service. And, if you possess some mechanical knowledge, go for the DIY.
